It has been a busy couple of weeks spent with family and holiday fun, but I am back on track! After taking down all of my Christmas Decor, I like to give the house a “clean slate” until Valentine’s Day. I love the gray and white look because it leaves room to add in pops of color.
In this picture I have used my refurbished thrift store bench as a mantle to display some of my DIY decor. For the bench I used White Waverly chalk paint. I also used the white chalk paint on my shutter and the letter “k” initial. For the shutter and “k” initial I also added some gray chalk paint to create a rustic finish. You can purchase your initial online Here! The galvanized smaller initials I found at Walmart during their Christmas Clearance Sale last year. The silver candle votives can be found at Walmart as well, in gold, silver, and rose gold.
The Polka-Dot pillows were a set I found at Homegoods. The brand is Davis Dot. I believe I got them for $24.99. The metallic star pillow was found at TjMaxx, on clearance for $8.00! I ordered the Pom-pom ribbon I purchased online through Amazon. To order yours, Click Here! I found my “Better Together” and “Family” sign at Tjmaxx.
